Drafts, not surprises
Each draft shows why it was triggered and who gets it. Approve one, edit it, or send every draft from the same event in one click.

AirBrain tracks every flight your group is on, shows who is affected the moment a flight slips, and drafts the messages for travelers, drivers and hotels. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

When a flight slips, AirBrain answers the three questions that matter: who is affected, who needs telling, and what to say. You review and send.
Each draft shows why it was triggered and who gets it. Approve one, edit it, or send every draft from the same event in one click.

Flight timeline, who is meeting them, where they are staying and every message sent.

Delayed, cancelled, landed. Switch each on per plan and choose who hears about it.

Status changes, triggers, drafts, sends and failures in one timeline. When a client asks what happened, you can show them.

Your group flies in from a dozen cities. AirBrain follows every flight and shows you the whole group at once, so you're not refreshing airline pages.

EK19X didn't resolve at import. Check it before anyone travels.
Upload or paste a CSV, map the columns and check which flights resolved. Only name, flight number and date are required.
Delayed by more than 60 minutes, cancelled, or landed. Choose the traveler, their meeting contact, you, or a fixed address.
AI drafts a message for each recipient: a revised pickup time for the driver, a hold-the-room request for the hotel. You review, then send.
Your clients' travelers are your reputation. AirBrain is built so you decide what goes out and when.
Every triggered message is a draft. Auto-send exists only for "landed" and only if you switch it on.
Checked before every send. One switch stops all outgoing messages across every plan.
Failed sends retry with backoff and show up in the queue and activity log.
